I love the taste of this serum for breast! it is very light and non sticky. so i have stop taking this already for now because i am not breastfeeding anymore so there is no use for me. but last year i do use this. how i use it is very easy, i just put a bit of the serum on breast but make sure that not on your nipple because the instruction has told us to not do so. And i also bought mom green tea and apple tea, or you can even drink mom milk drink together with this for faster result. milk work faster than other drinks such as green or apple.
