How to Claim and Redeem Rewards on the Motherhood App

Step 1: Sign In or Sign Up

• Existing Users: Sign in with your email address or mobile number to access full app features.
• New Users: Download the Motherhood app, sign up, and update your profile to collect points.

Step 2: Access the Rewards Section

• Open the Motherhood app or visit https://m.motherhood.com.my/ in your browser (both have the same interface).
• Go to the "Reward" section to view your points and available rewards.

Step 3: Browse Rewards

• Scroll down to view a variety of vouchers and rewards available for redemption.

Step 4: Select a Reward

• Choose the reward you want, and you will be directed to the Reward Detail page.

Step 5: Claim the Reward

• Click “CLAIM NOW.” A “Reward Claimed Success” message will appear.
• Note: When you click “CLAIM NOW,” your points will be deducted based on the reward's cost.

Step 6: Redeem Your Reward

• If you’re ready to use the reward, select “Redeem Now” on the Reward Detail page.
• If you’re not ready, you can close the pop-up to return to the Rewards dashboard.

Step 7: Select Outlet (If Applicable)

• If the reward is location-specific, you’ll need to choose an outlet. The “Redeem” button will then be enabled.
• Note: If no outlet is required, you’ll skip this step and proceed to redeem.

Step 8: Confirm Redemption

• When ready to redeem, ensure you’re at the counter before proceeding.
• Swipe to redeem the reward. Only swipe when you’re at the counter ready to use the voucher.

Step 9: Present Voucher to Cashier

• After swiping, your unique voucher code, along with a barcode and QR code, will be displayed.
• Show this to the cashier for them to scan through their POS system. The code will be valid for 10 minutes.
