Hey, some mom are so shy to admit all this things. But I think it's nothing to be ashamed of. After I gave birth I couldn't breastfeed my child doctor say it's due to lack of milk produced. After I start eating some supplement and tried this hot chocolate, it helps to produce more milk slowly, now I can breastfeed my baby myself. Very good product!
