1. Only ONE (1) FREE Introductory Class per child as for their current age group.
2. Space is limited for each class & is subject to availability.
3. The Little Gym Representative will contact you for the classes' schedule.
4. You are entitled for RM100 rebate if you enrol on the same day after the Introductory Class.
5. This lead form is applicable for Sri Hartamas Outlet.
