Nomination Entry Rules, Instruction & Upload Checklist

• Brands can self-nominate or choose to nominate other brands and products.
• Nominations are free and there is no limit to the number of nominations that one person or organization can make.
• When a nomination is being provided by an organization or company, the nominator must warrant to MCA that they have gained the consent of those nominated to put their brands, products and contact details forward to MCA for the sole purpose of the awards.
• Nominations can be made for brands and products that are available and selling in Malaysia only.
• Nominations for the 2025 Awards must be submitted to Motherhood by 23:59 on Sunday 4 February 2025.
• Nominations can be made by completing the nomination form on the awards website, with complete information otherwise nominations will be disqualified.
• Nominators may be asked to provide additional evidence or materials after submission.
• Shortlisted nominee brands and products will be published for voting by 26 February 2025
• Winner of the category will be based on highest votes and panel of judges.
• The judges' decisions are final and awards will be made at their discretion.
• Not all the awards advertised will be awarded if the judges consider that the criteria have not been met.
