1. This sample redemption is only open for mums with baby or/and kids.
2. Samples will be provided based on availability.
3. Motherhood.com.my will not be responsible for any unsuccessful registrations due to internet interruptions.
4. Motherhood.com.my reserve the right to vary, cancel, discontinue, or suspend registration or any part, or any part of the applicable terms and conditions, from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
5. Registration will only be accepted if the ADDRESS and other details are filled in completely and correct.
6. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
