1. To participate in the goodie bag redemption:

• The child must be physically present during the activity at their respective school during the date of the program.
• The child must be registered by their parents by completing and submitting the form provided by GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Sdn Bhd (the “Organiser”).
• Each child is only allowed one goodie bag redemption.

2. In the event where a registered child is sick or absent with valid reason, the decision to give the goodie bag is up to the teachers based on the directions of the Organiser. If any goodie bags are not redeemed within 2 weeks after the date of the program, the Organiser will collect the goodie bags from the teachers.

3. The teachers shall supervise the implementation of the program and involvement of the children in the program at all times during the program.

4. The Organizer, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and its third party agent (“Agency”) as well as all others associated with the development and execution of the program (“Released Parties”) assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any accident, harm, damage, losses (whether indirect or consequential loss) or charges, injuries, death, unforeseen circumstance, and any inconvenience (including any technical glitches, network, system or infrastructure failures, etc resulting in the delay, misdirection or failure to submit the form on time, or failure to receive the goodie bags) or any other liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising through the participants’ entry of the program or in connection with the usage of the goodie bags by anyone (including consumption of the products by anyone), nor for any changes in dates or in times or cancellations which may prevent the selected child from taking the goodie bags or any part of thereof, or for lost or stolen goodie bags, (together, “the Claims”). Participants waive any claim of and release the Organiser and the Released Parties from and against any liability with respect to the Claims except where prohibited by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law).

5. The organiser or its Agency may collect your personal information as set out in the form to enable you and your child to enter the program and for related administration purposes. By providing your personal information as stated in the form (including your/your child’s name and contact details, you consent (and consent on behalf of your child) for the Organiser and/or its authorized agent to use, process, collect, store and/or distribute yours and your child’s personal information, and any such information solely for the purpose of carrying out this program. By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are deemed to have agreed and accepted the Organiser's data protection and privacy policy with regards to the collection, processing, use, storing, disclosure and/or transfer of your and your child’s personal information in the terms and conditions set out herein. 6. The Organiser reserves its right at all times, without any liability to you and/or any notice to you, to (a) vary, add or remove any of the terms and conditions; (b) terminate the program; and/or (c) vary the items in the goodie bags and replace them with other items of any value.

7. By participating in this program, you agree to abide to the terms and conditions set out above. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the program, and any goodie bag may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed at the Organiser’s sole option and absolute discretion.

8. Trademarks are owned by or licensed to the GSK group of companies. Any other trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, copyright or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this program, in particular that relating to the goodie bag, are the property of their respective owners. The Organiser and its Agency are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.

10. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Malaysia law and each participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
